Zwracam się do Państwa z prośbą o przedstawienie oferty cenowej na zakup syreny elektronicznej wraz z montażem na punkt alarmowania OSP w Opolu-Chmielowicach. Przed złożeniem oferty konieczne jest dokonanie oględzin miejsca montażu syreny na ww. punkcie alarmowania w terminie do 7 marca 2025 r.
Po dokonaniu oględzin należy dokonać złożenia Zamawiającemu oferty. Oferta powinna zawierać całkowity koszt (cena nett-brutto) zgodnie ze specyfikacją wymaganych warunków technicznych urządzenia oraz zakresu prac do wykonania.

W załączeniu dołączam: „Wzór Umowy na zakup syreny elektronicznej wraz z załącznikami tj. „Protokołu zdawczo - odbiorczego” i „Szczegółowych warunków gwarancji” oraz „Specyfikację wymaganych warunków technicznych”.
