Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie zadania pn. „Wydatki na oczyszczanie miasta w zakresie: osłona meteorologiczna dla miasta Opola” polegającego na opracowywaniu i przekazywaniu Zleceniodawcy:
a) prognozy pogody dla Opola codzienne opracowywane dwa razy w ciągu doby:
do godz. 06:00 z ważnością 24 godz. (od godz. 06:00 do godz. 06:00) + prognoza orientacyjna na 48 godz. do godz. 10:00 z ważnością 24 godz. (od godz. 10:00 do godz. 10:00) + prognoza orientacyjna na 48 godz.;
b) prognozy pogody siedmiodniowe opracowywane w poniedziałki, środy i piątki - do godz. 13:00;
c) ostrzeżenia dla Opola i województwa opolskiego o groźnych zjawiskach meteorologicznych, takich jak intensywne opady śniegu, zawieje i zamiecie śnieżne, gołoledź, silny i porywisty wiatr, mróz.
