Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie ulotek w języku polskim, przetłumaczenie treści ulotek na języki angielski, niemiecki i ukraiński, wydruk ulotek i dostawa do Zamawiającego.
Umowę oraz szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia przedstawiono w załączniku nr 1.
Do oferty należy dołączyć:
- Podpisane oświadczenie o akceptacji warunków umowy na druku będącym załącznikiem nr 2.
- Wypełniony formularz ofertowy będący załącznikiem nr 3
